Shipping

We charge a flat rate for shipping, regardless of the size and weight of your order with the exception of kayaks and canoes.  Kayaks and canoes are available for in-store pickup, or you can contact us for a shipping quote.  Once your order has been placed, we will have it packaged and shipped to you within two business days. You will receive an e-mail notification with a shipping confirmation number. We will always ship UPS unless requested otherwise. We will ship to P.O. boxes via Priority Mail. Occasionally, there may be an item that is out-of-stock. If this is the case with one of the items you have ordered, we will order it directly from the manufacturer. In this situation, you may receive part of your order from Earth’s Edge, and the other part directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse.  If by chance an item is no longer available, you will be notified and your credit card will be refunded.  If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please contact us via e-mail and we will be happy to help.

If your address includes a PO box, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail.  Please choose the UPS Ground option when checking out.    Also, if the size or weight of your order is much larger than the size for the above shipping rates, we will e-mail you a shipping quote for approval. 

International Users:  Please note that the use of the information of this website is intended for use in the United States.  If you choose to visit this website from outside of the United States, or place an order to be shipped outside of the United States, please check your local laws regarding appropriate usage of this site.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ship it to:

Please include a copy of your receipt. Make sure items are in new condition with tags attached. Include a quick note stating that you would like a refund, or an exchange for another item. We highly recommend you send your package with insurance as we cannot be responsible for the package while it is in transit. Once received, we will issue your refund, or make your exchange within two business days. If you request a refund, the full selling price of the items will be refunded to your credit card, less shipping charges.  If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an e-mail and we will be happy to help.

Warranties

If you have a warranty problem with anything you purchase from Earth’s Edge, we will do everything we can to make it right. All of our manufacturers have a full warranty on manufacturer’s defects. It is, however up to the individual manufacturer how they handle their warranty policies. If you have a problem with an item, please contact us via e-mail and explain the situation as well as the date of purchase. We will be happy make the phone calls and do the paperwork needed to handle your warranty problem. Most manufacturers will be happy to repair or replace an item that is damaged due to defects in production. If an item is damaged due to wear and tear, most manufacturers will repair for a reasonable charge. Please keep in mind that because each manufacturer has a different warranty policy, turn-around time may vary. We are here to help and will do whatever it takes to make it right!
